Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require partial advance payment confirmation before dispatch.
  2. Customers are requested to be available on the provided contact number during delivery timelines to ensure smooth order delivery.
  3. In case the customer:

    • Declines the order at the time of delivery,
    • Refuses to accept the shipment,
    • Provides an incorrect address or phone number,
    • Or remains non-contactable despite multiple delivery attempts,

    then the advance amount paid (minimum 25% of the total order value) will be treated as non-refundable.

  4. The retained 25% advance payment will be adjusted against:
    • Forward shipping charges,
    • Return to Origin (RTO) charges,
    • Packaging and handling costs incurred by the company.
  5. Moto Store India reserves the right to disable COD service for customers with repeated failed or rejected orders.
  6. By placing a COD order on our website, the customer agrees to all the above terms and conditions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right , you must have UNBOXING VIDEO OF THE COURIER before it's opened .

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like PPF , custom products WITH WARRANTY CARDS . We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases SUCH AS CHAIN SPRAYS & PAINTS . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
